Which payment methods do you accept?

All our payments are processed via PayPal. When you reach the payment stage of the order process you will have the option to either pay via your PayPal account or you can pay with a debit/credit card. PayPal processes the payment externally and no debit/credit card details are stored on our servers.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times are normally very quick For UK orders, please allow up to 1 working day for UPS (Carbon Neutral), same day for Private Hire Service or, 1-2 days on free shipping. If your order has not arrived please open a chat in the bottom right hand corner of this web page.

I am not happy with my products, what do I do?

Lunar Vape wants you to be satisfied with the products you have purchased, we pride ourselves on our levels of customer service so please get in touch with our customer services team to resolve via the chat box in the bottom right hand corner of this web page.

How do I return my items?

If you choose “UPS (Carbon Neutral)” for your shipping method we can provide you with free returns and the courier will even come to collect it from you, If you chose any other form of delivery service the cost is incurred by yourself and we would recommend you use a signed delivery service. If your Item/s are faulty we will send you a pre-paid label and have those items collected from your home address free of any charges.
