You can check the status of your order in your account on our website. Please note that you have to be registered to view this. Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation order email, confirming the items ordered. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email that evening confirming that your order has been shipped.
We have a plethora of shipping options including same day delivery available however standard shipping is free when you spend £20* or more. .
All of our payments are securely processed by paypal merchant or on Paypals own platform. PayPal processes the payment externally and no debit/credit card details are stored on our servers. We currently accept Paypal, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, American Express and Mastercard.
Delivery times are dependent on the delivery method chosen. For UK orders, please allow up to 5 working days for orders to arrive except for Special Next Day orders. If your order has not arrived please send us an email at email@example.com. If you still have not received after this period please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your payment for this purchase is processed securely by PayPal even when you enter your card details on our secure SSL onsite sandbox environment. Whatever way you decide to pay your payment details are never stored and are encrypted from start to finish.
After you place an order with us we will email you confirming we have received your order and will soon be processed for dispatch for 5pm that day, we will then notify you when your items are shipped.
